These terms apply when you play Fewest Shots games, such as Fewest Shots Pool, at this website. By playing, you agree to them. Fewest Shots is run by Mitesh Chauhan ("we").

The game

Fewest Shots is free. We may change, pause or stop the game, the board or any feature at any time.

Your account

• You don't need an account to play. When you post a score you're given a username, and you can choose a display name; you can also add a Google or email login.
• Display names and usernames appear publicly on the board. Don't choose a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or contains personal details.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Fair play

Play the table yourself. Don't use scripts, bots or tampered requests to post scores, and don't try to disrupt the game or reach data that isn't yours. We may remove scores, change display names or close accounts that break these terms.

No guarantees

We provide Fewest Shots as it is, without promises that it will always be available, error-free or that scores won't be lost. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept it.
